How do we protect your information?

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology (the current industry-standard encryption technology) and then we encrypt it into our Payment gateway providers database so it will be accessible only to those authorized with special access rights to such systems, who are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers. This ensures the safe Internet transmission of your personal information. Disputes

Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
